Shipping policy

Postage Costs May vary depending on weight of order. 

I have tried to keep the postage and packaging costs to a fair price with UK parcels being £4.50 up to 2kg and all parcels including cards are being sent using tracked services as minimum. 

We ship out as quickly as possible after the items are made but please be aware of turnaround time from order date to dispatch, Dispatch times should be on all pages of the website with some items being shipped before the minimum turnaround.  We can not be held responsible for carriers delays so please allow time before contacting us if there is an issue. 

If There is a postage over charge on international orders this will be refunded to the buyer. 

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
