Turnaround and Dispatch Agreement

Turnaround and Dispatch is the time taken after payment to process and make your order before dispatch. Where working days are stated these do not include weekends or Scottish/UK bank holidays.
Please note due to the nature of my business and my responsibilities out with my business & being my son's Carer that these times may vary.
Any Annual family time booked (Mostly Set times of the year every year due to routines with my Son) and the most up to date turnaround will be on the announcement bar which shows up on all pages of the website. 
Larger Orders and Orders containing clothing orders shall mostly take until the latest time of the turnaround window to be shipped which is usually around 14 working days unless otherwise stated on announcements ba
Upon Order Completion I will update your order as completed and you should receive an order completed email stating the tracking number for your order. Please note due to the way the website is set up no order tracking will be available during processing stages. If you do not receive an order confirmation email upon payment please feel free to contact me and I shall resend it for you. 

By ticking the box at checkout and ordering from me you are agreeing that you are ok with my current turnaround times and therefore will not contact me before the end of turnaround times stated to ask where your order is as messages of this nature slow down the order processing.

If you do need to contact me about other aspects of your order or to request an email resend please email sales@glitterbabegifts.co.uk and state name and order number.
